DAY one
WORKSHop two
BE MORE COLIN
Mark Saxby
Would you like to increase your team’s productivity while at the same time improving their mental health?
How about also boosting their job satisfaction and raising your employee retention rates?
This is what Be More Colin can do.
Research has shown employees spend an average of two hours every workday using their phones for personal activity. Not only are they wasting company time, they are also damaging their effectiveness as they continually switch between tasks.
Be More Colin is the antidote to the social media/phone disease.
In his fun yet hard-hitting, interactive presentation, award-winning speaker Mark Saxby will explain to your teams how they can be more productive, have better mental health, and enjoy greater job satisfaction – if they can resist their smartphones.
The potential benefits to employers include higher productivity, better team bonding and higher staff retention.
